Author Guidelines

All respectful scholars can submit their most novel research papers to Journal of Novel Achievements in Civil Engineering. Generally, two types of paper can be submitted to our journal, including original paper and review papers. It is worth pointing out that no limitation exists for page number of the submitted article, however, as much as the submitted paper is informative and brief, the more rapid peer review process can be expected by authors. Also, no fee is considered for those pages that are added to the revised paper due to reviewers' comments. A standard research paper must be consisted of sections, including Title, Authors, Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods and Materials, Results and Discussion, Suggestions, Acknowledgment and Reference.

Title of the paper: It should be centered, bold, and typed using Calibri, 14 pt.

Abstract (Calibri, 12 pt, Bold, Italic): A brief of research introduction, importance of research, study objectives and novel findings and achievements must be presented in abstract.It should not be more than 250 words.  Maximum number of keywords is 5 word, which should be ordered alphabetically and separated by comma (Calibri, 11pt).

Introduction (Calibri 14 pt, Bold)

In the introduction section, the author is obliged to provide information on objectives of the research, hypothesis, review of literature and importance of the present research (Calibri 11pt).

Methods and Materials (Calibri 14 pt, Bold)

In Methods and Materials section, the author should provide description of methodology adopted in the present research, mathematical equations, relations, formulas, analyses and modeling, study area (if it is available), etc (Calibri 11pt).

Results and Discussion (Calibri 14 pt, Bold)

In Results and Discussion section, all obtained results and findings must be mentioned. The diagram of analyses and results must be presented and the author must draw a conclusion with regard to findings (Calibri 11pt).

Suggestions (Calibri 14 pt, Bold)

In this section, the author is allowed to provide recommendations and suggestions on the basis of present study and research findings (Calibri 11pt).

Acknowledgments (Calibri 14 pt, Bold)

 In this section the author is free to express his/her appreciation to any organization, professor, research laboratory or anyone who have made contribution to the conduct present research (Calibri 11pt).

References (Calibri 14 pt, Bold)

The In-text citation and references must be applied to the articled with regard to the Template file. All references must be ordered alphabetically. The style of in-text citation is available in the template file. All the books, articles, reports, etc. provided in references section, must be cited in the main text of article and vice versa. Moreover, dear Iranian scholar please attempt to cite less Persian references in your research papers, as they are not accessible by other countries scholars. All submissions will be apprised by Anti-plagiarism software, and in the case of spotting any fraud, the manuscript will be rejected immediately.

Please save your manuscript using MS Word 2010 or higher. Please use basic format for tables and eschew using colorful tables. The results presented in form of graphs must be editable, so avoid using image format of graphs. All equations, formulas and function must be editable and avoid using image forms.

Note: The authors of accepted paper are obliged to insert their personal photo at the end of paper along with affiliation similar to Template file.
